Still quite boozy and roasty. Still enjoy it as one of the OG stouts but wasn't the best year or version

Whew the aftertaste is acrid coffee. Starts like sweet barleywine. The acidity softens after subsequent sips but it's still there

Viscous, boozy, still slightly carbonated. I think I opened it at the right time. Excellent beer.

So Smooth!! A friend of mine bought a case of this in 2018 and he still has some left and he gave me this one last night. I couldn’t keep it that long!!Also gave me a 2013 bottle of Warlock. Thanks Evan!!

Actually pretty pleasant for an 18% beer. Just a big, smooth stout flavor. New job and new kid warranted finally cracking it open

Ya, world wide stout, you are tasty. We get it. Stop bragging

At $11 this had to impress. It really does. It's aged 3 years and I was surprised to find that it isn't barrel aged, because it tastes like it is. A real gem that's worth it once or twice, but there's lots of cheaper stouts to try that are as good.

3 years later and somehow it's bordering on manischewitz

Bottled 10/11/2018. Super smooth for the high ABV. Very mellow. Faint chocolate. Faint smoke. Faint coffee. Definitely a sipper. Sip to enjoy.

One of my all-time faves. Just beautiful and roasty and delicious. No frills. No BS additives. Just great beer.
