Aronia seems to be a strange berry. Beside the sour and tarty notes, dry finish, are woody and smoked berry notes. Astringent. Vinous.

Earthy. Funky. Elderberry tones. Floral notes (meadowsweet?). Sour. Tart. On the verge of vinagry. Dry. Surprising balanced mix of flavours.

Grapey and woody taste, sourish and tart. Dry and sour. Hope to taste it in one or two years.
