A lot of raspberry - consistent with a tart and slightly funky profile. Slightly hay/grassy. Decent.

Sharp raspberry and elderflower-like sweetness. Not very hoppy or beery.... but a nice soda.

Fou' Foune C

I can see the lure; one of the better lambics I’ve had. Hoppy, slight tartness and crispness, oaky and big apricot flavours.

Dry, tart, cherry, raspberry, refreshing.

A lot of vanilla sweetness. Subtle chocolate and ever so subtle coffee. Bourbon sharpens up as it warms.

This is much better than the average range. Dank and stone fruits. Slight maltiness. Low carbonation for an IPA.

Nice pale ale flavours and a bit of lactose/creaminess. Smooth; a little hoppy.

Earth, cherry pits, tart. Not bad but not great.

Fudge and chocolate upfront with warm sweet bourbon barrel notes later on. It’s a pretty simple recipe but pulled off well. Thick smooth body.
