Honestly still hopped. The grain base comes through a bit more. This holds up ridiculously well. Less Barleywine and more triple black IPA at this point. Really good

Tastes really well blended. Lots of cocoa and minimal dark fruits. Roasty. Very good and aged well. Thanks Pierre B.

Has a good amount of funk. That classic gueuze funky cheese with barnyard mixture. Taste is smooth, buttery, tart with decent sour notes. The initial separation of sour cream. Citric acid. Sharp green grape and apples.

Smell has a lot of barrel, but the musty oak part, not the boozy char. Cocoa w/ some maple sweetness. Coffee undertones. The maple & fudge work close together to bring out the fudge flavor. Almost no barrel at cold temp. Kind of reminds me of my FIRST KBS

Smell is funky. Horse blanket. Some barnyard. Def wild. Has a bit of hop character for being so old. Taste is very funk heavy. Slight funk tart. Some bitterness. Green. Rind. Green grape. Acidic green apple.

Really truckin sweet. Lots of maple syrup. Sugars. A bit too much.

Holy butt. It smells like bottled farts but tastes WAY better. Solid beer. Love how this develops and it is not disappointing.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020)
Picking up a lot of Utopias barrels. Nice mix of the stout and the barrels. Really solid beer

Big on cocoa and coffee. The vanilla brings up some sweet smoothness and the milk sugar sweetens it up big time. Like a jacked up Pale Joe.
