Whew. Some damn good carbonation for the time on it. Murky and musty body appearance. Nose had solid funk. Flavors open up slightly metallic but develop nicely into notes of nice green apple and melon. Mouthfeel featured a nice clean ending. 4.55

Smells like lemon juice but the sipping is delightful funkiness. Def getting lemony leanings compared to other Cantillons I've had... So lovely

Green olive, some dry straw, a certain richness, soft oaky tannins. No lemon character in this bottle, it’s remarkably drinkable for its age (for any age, really). Surely the well-cellared bottle has another four years at least.

Stonefruit (mostly apricot) mixed with basement, bleu cheese funk. Pretty cloudy and thicker than expected. Unique.

Meal like and funky. More sour than expected to start, mellow funk throughout and into the finish. Soft apricot and stone fruit pit, light floral bitterness in finish. 2010 cork

Lovely! A touch of oxidation, but a lot of funk, horse blanket and tartness. Minimal carbonation.

Smell is funky. Horse blanket. Some barnyard. Def wild. Has a bit of hop character for being so old. Taste is very funk heavy. Slight funk tart. Some bitterness. Green. Rind. Green grape. Acidic green apple.
