Sweet and roasted malty with lots of sweet chocolate, some toffee and caramel sweetness, hazelnut is there but nicely balanced (unlike many others with this addition) full bodied, getting the bourbon washing in to the sweet malty hazelnut accented close.

Eye In the Sky

Light rather subdued fruity aroma and taste just some undercurrents of peach and grapefruit, crisp clean malty, light bitter hoppy finish. Ok but seems like these “Cold IPAs” are not doing much for me.

Roasted malty and pretty solid hoppy combo, getting some cocoa and caramel, ashy earthy malty, singed brown sugar, nice undercurrent of hoppy citrus goodness punching through with piney bitter hops delivered, medium body, roasted malty and hoppy finish.

Roasted malty and solid hoppy with undercurrents of tropical fruit, firm ashy earthy roast, singed brown sugar, medium plus body, robust hoppy and roasted lingering close. Very nice BiPA action.

Bold punchy fruity with a medley of stone fruit delivered, loads of peach and apricot, mango, nectarine, some hop spice bite, citrus rind, dense pillowy soft malty backing, piney balanced bitter hoppy finish. Lovely drop.

Stereo Mono Idaho Gem

Enjoying this mono single hop series and idaho gem here is true to form. Dealing out lots of sweet fruity notes of grapefruit and pineapple, cantaloupe, getting that idaho gem cherry accent as well, sweet malty support, punhcy hoppy finish. Very nice.

Citrus fruity notes with some citrus peel, grassy herbal and floral hoppy edge, decent juiciness and good mouthfeel and body, balanced bitter hoppy finish.

Big hitting juicy fruity with lots of vibrant tropical and citrus fruit, a dense oat laden substantial creamy sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Lovely.

Medium sweet fruity and malty, notes of citrus and tropical fruit, some grapefruit and cantaloupe, lemon wash, sweetish malty support, bitter piney balanced hoppy close. Tasty and very quaffable.

Barley Wine

Sweet and toasted malty with layers of dried fruit and spices, sweetness further enhanced with some nice fudge and caramel seeping in, medium bodied, spiced warming sweet malty lingering finish. Lovely no nonsense barley wine goodness, excellent.

Malty and fruity, medium sweet with notes of tropical and citrus fruit, satsuma and peach, mango, quiet juicy for a west coast ipa, pretty nice.

Lots of prominent riwaka as expected with a mix of sweet fruit and solid hop resinous bitterness, notes of apricot and grapefruit, sweet malty base, resinous balanced bitter hoppy close. Good stuff.

Vibrant tropical fruity aroma and taste, getting lots of lychee and pineapple, cantaloupe, medium sweet juicy with lemony and grapefruit citrus undertones, mouthfeel is soft and dense malt laden, balanced bitter hoppy finish. Lovely.

Medium sweet malty and bitter grassy hoppy, some nice citrus fruity notes shining through, more grass and floral hoppy accents, light malty base, solid bitter hoppy finish. Drinks good, better than expected supermarket fayre.

Sweet dark malty with some nice overt rum character shining through, opens up as it warms, notes of toffee and caramel sweetness, cocoa, full bodied, wooden run washed lingering malty finish. Very nice.
