Sour tart fruity with prominent passionfruit, sour citrus and tropical undertones, medium body and acidity, tart tangy fruity close. Pleasant.

Wreath

Dark sweet and roasted malty aroma and taste, lots of dark chocolate, coffee roast, ashy charred burnt malts, singed brown sugar, nice body and mouthfeel, vanilla and light coconut coalesce into the lingering dark malty finish. Lovely.

Bubble Over

Juicy fruity with a cross section of tropical and citrus fruit, getting the pineapple prominence, soft malty substantial mouthfeel and nice body, solid hoppy finish. Enjoyable and tasty brew.

From the MBCC gold goodie bag - roasted dark malty, with some coffee roast, cocoa, charred brown sugar, ashy roast, hoppy undertones, medium plus body, dark malty bitter finish. Pretty nice.

Megalodome

Vibrant tropical fruity medley of papaya and mango, lychee, tender juicy clementine segments, undertone of strata strawberry, underling sweet malty base, piney light bitter hoppy close. Tasty stuff.

Aquaticus

Vibrant and fresh juicy fruity with lots of grapefruit and tangerine, cantaloupe, mango, citrus peel, medium sweet, picking up a touch of mosaic blueberry there, sweet malty, light bitter assertive hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

Ølectrolytes

Pretty sweet intro with citrus sweet fruity notes of orange and grapefruit, sweet malty backing, not sure about the electrolyte levels but refreshing enough with a quenching bitter hoppy finish. Ok.

Jubilee

Dark roasted and sweet malty with lots of chocolate, nice slightly tart cherry notes coming in, cherry skin, light subtle spice, medium bodied, dark malty and cherry accented finish. Nice Xmas brew.

Mutiny

Juicy fruity with lots of tropical exotic fruit, lots of lychee and papaya, mango and tangerine, citrus peel, sweet malty notes, robust hoppy finish. Solid.

Dasher

Medium sweet fruity and malty, some notes of juicy citrus fruit, nice hop spice, the orange peel and citrus and light spice making this a pleasing Jule/Christmas hoppy number as intended. Very nice.

Sort Jul

Dark roasted malty and solid hoppy, notes of cocoa, caramel, slightly charred malts, nice citrus and tropical fruity sweetness punching through from the underlying hops, medium plus body, roasted and malty lingering finish. Text book BiPA, lovely.

Sweet fruity and malty with some tropical fruity notes of mango, lychee, pineapple and a splash of lemon, sweet pale malts, crisp palate, bitter edged piney hoppy finish.

Sweet and dark malty lots of dark dried fruit, medium plus body, caramel, dark malty finish. Very nice.

Dissociate

Vibrant fresh stonefruit with lots of nectarine and apricot, papaya, splash of citrus lime from the "w" hops, mosaic induced blueberry and bubblegum sweetness coming in, soft substantial malt laden body and mouthfeel, assertive hoppy finish. Lovely drop.

Versus: Eastside

Medium sweet tropical fruity medley with some lychee and mango notes, nectarine and lemon wash, juicy fruity, sweet malty backbone, hoppy light bitter close. Nice.

Like A Ghost

Vibrant NZ hop forward with lots of apricot, gooseberry and white grape, melon, grass and floral notes, sweet malts, yeah pretty sweet, solid hoppy close. Nice.

George! Barrel Aged Bourbon

Steeped: Biota

Medium sweet fruity and malty with exotic citrus fruity notes of papaya, satsuma, sweet malty backing, piney bitter hoppy close. Alright.

Chaos Equilibrium

Dark roasted and sweet malty, rich chocolate, cocoa nibs, fudge and caramel oozing sweetness, mellow coffee roast, full bodied with whisky soaked wooden accents throughout the warming lingering dark malty finish. Very nice autumn/winter warmer.

Florescent

Medium sweet fruity with some evident strata notes of passionfruit and those strawberry accents, Talus pink grapefruit and that herbaceous edge coming in, pine needles, hop spice, soft sweet malty support, light bitter robust hoppy finish. Lovely.

Mere Vil Ha' Mere

Not as “hazy” as expected but some nice fruity notes of melon, pineapple and apricot, some lemon and grapefruit citrus notes washing in, set upon a sweet malty backbone, medium body, light bitter resinous hoppy finish. Nice drop.

Selectively Social

Medley of expressive juicy fruity hits of mango and grapefruit, nectarine, some mosaic blueberry and bubble gum chiming in, sweet malty backbone with a substantial mouthfeel and body, solid robust hoppy finish. Great stuff.

Panther Cub

Sweet dark roasted malty with luxurious opulent chocolate, lots of maple and caramel sweetness flooding in, nice mouthfeel and creamy full body, vanilla laced dark sweet chocolate infused malty lingering finish. Gorgeous.

Reffish Yank

Juicy fruity with lots of citrus and tropical fruit, sweet juicy, zesty slightly bitter citrus rind, medium body, fruity and solid hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Økuller

Intense dark roasted and sweet malty with an opulent chocolate base, supported with sweet layers of caramel, toffee, and singed brown sugar sweeping in, ashy earthy malts, full bodied, vanilla and whisky soaked accents coalesce into the close. Lovely ❤️

Hop Men's IPA

Fruity and malty with grapefruit and tangerine citrus notes, sweet caramel biscuity malty backing, medium to light body, piney bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

Russia Stout

Roasted and sweet toasted malty, some cocoa nibs, sweet toffee and molasses, singed brown sugar, earthy burnt malts, slick oily mouthfeel, medium plus body, roasted lingering malty finish, decent approachable no nonsense stout.

It's Always Sunny On Fanø

Fruity citrus notes of orange and grapefruit, splash of lemon, pine needles, light tropical undertones, sweet malty support, light bitter hoppy finish. Drinks alright.

Oatload

Intense exotic fruity with with big fleshy mango pulp, papaya, solid spicy hop bite with some zesty citrus rind, all underpinned by a dense blanket of thick oat laden malty goodness giving a smooth full mouthfeel and body, assertive hoppy close. Gorgeous.

New Moon

Sweet and roasted malty with notes of coffee roast, brown sugar, caramel, medium body, dark malty, slight kind of vinegary tangy note though in the back end which detracts from this.

Demeter

Juicy fruity with a citrus fruity medley of orange and grapefruit, lemon, touch of melon and pineapple, sweet malty, pithy bitter hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Coniferous

Getting a good autumnal vibe here, lots of leafy bitter twiggy hops, pithy grapefruit notes, pine, grain, biscuity sweet malts, caramel, medium body, drying on the palate, bitter hoppy finish. Does what it says even if maybe abit too old school for some.

How Deep Is Your Love?

Citrus fruity forward with lots of tangerine, citrus peel, some peach and cantaloupe notes, sweet malty backbone, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Pariah

Roasted and sweet dark malty with notes of chocolate, caramel, burnt brown sugar, dark earthy malts, medium plus body, hoppy undertones, lingering dark malty finish. Very nice.

Stop Making Sense

Juicy fruity with lots of pineapple and lemon, pink grapefruit, citrus rind, lychee, medium body, slight hop bite into the balanced bitter hoppy finish. Tasty.

Unpronounceable

Rødgrød med fløde in a can 😍 with some additional fruity notes, lots of raspberry and strawberry, tart but with some residual sweet undertones coming through, nice body and mouthfeel, tart lingering berry fruity close. Tasty and great fun.

Big Slim

Sweet fruity with lots of exotic tropical and citrus fruity notes, spectrum (liquid hops) im still not totally sold on this, but there is a nice fruity juiciness going on here, sweet malty backbone, lots of oily resinous hops into the close. Solid gear.

Steeped: Biosphere

Quite aggressive grassy herbal bitterness, pretty astringent and phenolic, unable to ascertain any fruity accents, some medium malty backing and body, green skunky bitter hoppy. Just not doing anything for me. Rare miss from D&B for me. Disappointing.

Kolos På Lerfødder

Juicy fruity with lots of sabro and mosaic goodness in play, passionfruit and pineapple, grapefruit and lemon, light coconut accents, mosaic bubblegum, sweet malty backing, medium body, robust hoppy close. Very nice.

Loose Limbs

Notes of peach and grapefruiot coming in, touch of melon, lemon and some pine needles, malty support, resinous balanced bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

K:rlek Vår/Sommar (2021)

Grassy bitter and light fruity, some sweet pale malts, light bodied, subdued hoppy finish. Pretty basic stuff.

Last Stretch

Vibrant fruity with lots of pineapple and grapefruit, lemon, melon, touch of idaho strawberry in these, set upon a bed of soft sweet malts, medium body and a soft substantial mouthfeel, assertive hoppy finish. Lovely drop.

Medium sweet fruity with lots of citrus fruity notes of lemon, grapefruit, touch of lime, melon, sweet pale malty backing with a medium to light body, hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Fruity and malty with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, sweet malts, medium to light body, piney bitter finish. Ok.

Tropical and citrus fruity with notes of tangerine and papaya, mango and lychee, juicy fruity, medium sweet, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Nice.

Vibrant fruity with lots of tropical citrus fruit, notes of mango and tangerine, sweet malts, medium body, solid hoppy finish. Goes down a treat, lovely.

Nuke the Fridg

Juicy fruity with stonefruit mango and nectarine, some melon and pineapple accents, pine needles, medium sweet soft malty backing, medium body and carbonation, solid hoppy close. Nice.

4 Year Anniversary

Aroma and taste is medium sweet with notes of citrus fruit and malts, grapefruit and orange, sweet malty backbone, medium body, piney resinous bitter hoppy finish. Nice.

Gammel Flamme

Medium sweet fruity and malty, some citrus tangerine and grapefruit, sweet caramel malty backing, medium body, resinous piney hoppy robust bitter hoppy finish. Great west coast old school bitter IPA.

Med Statsgaranti

Juicy fruity with some peach and mango, juicy satsuma segments, pithy citrus rind, medium sweet malty support and medium body and carbonation, balanced light bitter hoppy finish. Nice.

Organic Pilsner

Grassy hoppy with some sweet bready supporting malts, notes of straw, hay, cereal, rye, light twiggy herbal hoppy edge, doughy medium sweet malts, crisp on the palate, solid bitter hoppy finish. Refreshing tasty pils, great.

Skulder Ved Skulder

Toasted and sweet malty, light roasted, bready malts, some cereal and slight nutty accents, medium body, herbal twiggy hoppy undertones, toasted malty and light bitter hoppy finish. Not a pilsner in my book, more Vienna. Ok.

Scattering of Light

Medium sweet fruity with some citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, some sweet light malty support, light to medium body, drinks easy and refreshing after 3 hour train over here.

Diffuse Light

Exotic tropical and citrus fruity notes in play here, delivering papaya, mango, kiwi fruit, tangelo, red grapefruit, nice n juicy, overlay of pine needles, soft sweet malty backing, piney balanced bitter hoppy close. Lovely.

Vibrant with rich stonefruit, lots of peach and apricot, some juicy nectarine, pulpy mango flesh, nice mouthfeel and body with soft pillowy creamy sweet malts, robust punchy hoppy finish. Very nice.

Viper

Medium sweet fruity and malty intro delivering some vibrant tropical fruity notes, sweet malty backbone, medium body, then west coast style big bitter resinous hoppy into the finish. Does what it says, nice.

Kokomo

Roasted and sweet malty, dark earthy malts, some cocoa nibs coming in, charred brown sugar, caramel and toffee sweetness, medium plus body, lingering dark malty finish. Tasty stuff.

Lazarus IPA

Malty and citrus fruity with tangerine and grapefruit and some peachy accents, zesty citrus rind, sweet caramel malty sweetness into a piney robust bitter hoppy close. Nice old school IPA

November 28, 2012 (tap@Craft Beer co, London EC1N) Pours a fuzzy/hazy gold with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is smooth citrus and malt. Taste is immense, lovely fresh citrus hops and mineral malt. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

November 29, 2012 - (tap@Craft Beer co, London EC1N) Cloudy/hazy gold with a white head and light in body. Citrus hop aroma. Taste is tangy citrus with a sharp finish but has a rather empty mouthfeel overall. Good when you consider the abv.

Single Hop Simcoe IPA

September 10, 2012 - (330ml bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard, Hammel) Pours dark gold with a medium off white head and good lacing. Taste is lovely with the citrus hit of Simcoe, very refreshing and highly drinkable.

Single Hop Apollo IPA

(330ml bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard, Hammel) Pours light brown/orange with an off white head with some lacing. Picked up fruity grapefruit/lemon/apple tastes, is nice and refreshing. Good stuff.

Interlacing

Medium sweet fruity and malty with notes of grapefruit and lemon, light peachy, sweet pale malty backing, lots of resinous herbal and piney bitter hops into the finish. Solid easy drinking pale ale.

Ampersand: Nelson

Crushed gooseberry and white grape melon aroma on opening, taste follows with pine needles and citrus fruity action flooding in,

Ampersand: Galaxy

Juicy fruity with lots of mango and papaya, peachy notes, tangerine and red grapefruit, soft sweet malty backing and a medium body, resinous light bitter hoppy finish. Lovely.

Trip Hazard

Big punchy fruity with mango and papaya, lychee, melon, juicy pulpy nectarines, citrus rind, medium sweet with creamy soft malts, hop spice with some floral and piney hoppy accents throughout, tasty and drinks well below its 9.5% abv, lovely.

Versus: Dual

Fruity with waves of pink grapefruit, tangerine, melon and passionfruit, citrus peel, creamy sweet malts and medium body, slight hop spice bite, solid hoppy finish. Very nice but Jewel just edges this for me.

Kom så Danmark! 🇩🇰⚽️ Juicy fruity with a plethora of stone fruit delivered, juicy nectarine and mango, apricot, pine needles, supported with medium sweet malts, light resinous and balanced bitter hoppy into the close. Lovely.

Ampersand: Mosaic

Fruity with citrus notes of mandarin, grapefruit, then that blueberry and bubblegum mosaic vibe coming through, light floral piney hoppy accents, soft malty support, piney tempered bitter hoppy finish. Very nice, but previous citra edges it for me. 3.8

Juicy fruity with lots of lychee and mango, grapefruit, touch of gooseberry, sweet creamy soft malty support, medium body, light bitter solid hoppy finish. Fresh and tasty and drinks very well, lovely. 3.9

Tart light sour fruity with prominent cherry, cherry fruit, cherry skin, residual sweetness coming through, medium to light body, cherry tart fruity finish.

Triple Trippy Too

Sweet juicy fruity with waves of tropical exotic fruit, big mango and papaya, red grapefruit, tangerine, sweet soft malty backing, solid hoppy finish. Loved the double version and the triple version is just as good. Lovely.

Digi Dab

Medium sweet fruity and malty with notes of citrus fruit, citrus peel, sweet caramel malty backbone, medium body, grassy tad herbal resinous solid bitter hoppy finish. Great west coast action.

Promising Leads

Fruity with tropical vibes of passionfruit, mango, lychee, citrus grapefruit and tangerine coming through, sweet malty backbone, medium body, light herbal grassy and resinous piny hoppy into the finish. Decent overall.

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA

Medium sweet fruity with some citrus fruity notes of grapefruit and orange, touch of peach, sweet malty backing, medium body, light bitterness in the hoppy finish. Nothing amazing, middle of the road to please most palates given the tie-in, but drinks ok.

Killer Glow

Big juicy fruity from this years blend, definitely getting the pineapple sabro presenc from the off, lots of citrus from the cashmere, citra and ahtanum, pine needles, peppery hop spice bite, solid malty backbone, sweet warming solid hoppy close. Lovely.

Ampersand: Idaho 7

Vibrant juicy fruity with a pleasing medley of stonefruit, notes of nectarine, apricot, mango, citrus was of red grapefruit and lemon, soft sweet malty base, medium body, tempered bitter hoppy finish. Lovely, think this is the best of the 3.

Tropical exotic fruity with notes of passionfruit, mango, lychee, hints of berry fruits, soft sweet malty backbone, light bitter hoppy finish, tasty but just behind the Motueka version for me.

Ampersand: Motueka

Fruity with notes of white grape, grapeskin, citrus lemon and grapefruit with a glimmer of that distinctive motueka lime surfacing, nice juiciness, soft sweet malty base, balanced bitter hoppy close. Very nice.

Random Task

Vibrant fruity with lots of stone fruit notes of nectarine and apricot, touch of peach, some citrus fruity notes of lemon and red grapefruit, soft sweet malty backing, medium body, balanced bitter hoppy close. Tasty and drinks good 🍺

Lilt-Edged

Tart light sour fruity with lots of pineapple, a tropical fruity medley in support, tangy and with a light menthol accent, some sweetness, medium body, lingering tart finish. Good stuff.
