Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022) Brauerei

As per usual with this brand, full of inexplicably balanced (at this ABV) malty goodness. Can't imagine the grain or hop bill in this. Dark fruit and coffee flavors with no sweetness and only a touch of heat. Well done for this style. Overpriced, though.

60 Minute IPA (2022) Brauerei

It's interesting how my palate has changed over the years towards this beer. I don't find it as balanced as perhaps I once did... or I didn't look for that balance previously. It's good... but not THAT good. The maltiness tips the balance slightly.

Damn delicious brown... tons of cocoa and chocolate with a nutty backbone. (Goes great with German food, too.)
