A near perfect use of additive flavors. Tart with heaps complexity from all the ingredients, but also well balanced from the lactose and minor sweetness from the flavor of the mango fruit. A really fun beer that accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Quite lean and acidic, which is impressive for a 10% stout. But also needs sweetness to balance it out. It’s also been aged two years in cool basement climate.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge L.

Dry chocolate malt, persistent chocolatey mouth feel and flavor. Deep nuance and sweet malt back bone. Nice, unique, and well brewed.

Costumes And Karaoke L.

An odd amount of complexity that I wasn’t expecting to work. The crazy flavor add-ons don’t over power this beer, but really make you contemplate its diversity. Honestly, this beer works, the crazy flavors are restrained and add to its fun flavors.

Campfire Amplifier L.

This beer is between a lot of worlds of flavor in good ways. There’s some nuance here. Definitely worth trying.

120 Minute IPA (2018) L.

One of the best vintages in recent memory. So bloody complex, I can’t get enough of it.
