Surprised how much I liked this. Sweet/tart/fruit/booze all balanced. Nothing too much, nothing too subtle.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) T.
Almost sickeningly sweet but smooth and boozy at the same time.

A little warm up for fall. Assertive, slightly sweet, great for the style but one is enough.

Just delicious in all the ways. A little sweet, a little boozy, chocolatey, fruity, well rounded and drinkable.

Not quite as crushable as All Day, but pretty solid after a day on the links. Probably even better when it’s

Really tasty, aroma for daaaaays. Maybe a little too much hazelnut, subtlety is not a crime.

4 months old and it tastes like more than that. These days I need that floral goodness not just bitter and malt.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) T.
Super solid after three years in the bottle. Borderline cloying sweetness but delicious through and through.

Steel cage match of muddled flavors. Cheap bourbon and Folgers, boozy and sickly/cloying vanilla but still a little thin for a beer this big.

Way better than the prickly pear, but the original is better. A bit overly sweet still.

Did not like. Jolly Rancher, Robitussin, sweet and sour sauce. I see what they were going for here, just not my jam.

Bottle Shop Series: Nemesis T.
Roastiness was a cool twist on barleywine. Quite enjoyable.

Something different, interesting blend of flavors and really tasty. Not sure I could drink more than one though.
