Side by side with 2019. This 2018 bottle was not as carbonated and had a darker red color. Pleasant strong cherry taste. In comparison a more "together" palate without anything spiking out.

Side by side with 2018. This 2019 opens with satisfying loud pop and the carbonation makes it a bit lively. Less dark in color. Cherry is there but it's not dominating and fades quickly away to an aftertaste of oak.

Side by side with Tilquin Gueuze. Taking a sip, starts with a lot of oak fading to a quite strong but short sour aftertaste. I prefer this one.

Deep red color. Light but definitive cherry. Lingering tartness.

I'm allergic to stone fruit. This is just at the border of triggering a serious reaction. So good, so delicious and a little bit dangerous. 🙂
