Bottled 8/30/2019. Very smooth. Definitely some wine like qualities. As it warms the alcohol becomes more obvious.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) Kopeny

Bottled 8/14/18. Really good beer. Barrel compliments all the other flavors in the beer, does not overwhelm.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Kopeny

Tons of coffee followed by leather and tobacco. Still a decent beer but the flavors that I do not like never went away.

120 Minute IPA (2018) Kopeny

Hop bomb but malt sweetness definitely there to try to create a balance. Boozy and thick. Very tasty but very much a beer to sip and enjoy.

60 Minute IPA Kopeny

Waiting for Christmas Eve carry out. Nicely balanced, always a pleasure to drink.

French Toast Bastard Kopeny

So much maple syrup. Super sweet and like drinking maple syrup. Tasty but only in small doses.

Backwoods Bastard Kopeny

Bottled 12/19/19. Tasty and malty. Great flavor and great sipping beer on a cold night.

Marvelroast Kopeny

Coffee on the nose. Coffee leads on the tongue and then the cocoa nibs and the Belgian yeast come in to sweeten. I like it, don’t love it. One is enough.
