Finally some lambiek again..! (Well, technically not lambiek since it was not made in Pajottenland, but anyway...) Good grape. Very good grape. (Bottled 190521.)

This one has a lemony sourness right on the tip on the sound and a bitter dryness on the sides afterwards. You get the barrel and the wild ale character, but it is a little one dimensional. Not a bad beer at all. Great taste but pretty standard. 3.85
