Looks and smells like passionfruit juice, taste has a slight lactose overload, but remains pleasant to the end.

Mixed tropical fruit juice aroma. Chewy passionfruit, lemon yoghurt and lactose. Medium sour, sweet and body. Lingering tropical jam finish. Rich.

Nice and fruity sour. Not my favourite style, but this one is well suited for smoked fish.

Så er der krafteddeme Solero-is. Direkte på slikkeormen. Det er en sour, men den er utroligt sød og endnu mere fed. En fornuftig dessert (eller hvornår man normalt ville spise en Solero).

Very tart up front. Mild creaminess in the back (wish there was more cheesecakeyness). A reverse mullet in beer form, perhaps. Split with barman to the stars, Simon Diaz

Wow det her var passionfrugtjuice på dåse! Mindede egentlig utroligt meget om den alkoholfrie fra mikkeller, dog nok med lidt mere power! Måske en mere cremet og fyldig mouthfeel. Ku også godt være en øl for cocktail elskere. Klassisk øl et det dog ikke!

As a passionfruit sour it’s very nice. However as a smoothie cheesecake it’s missing the cheese. And the cake. Needs a load of lactose or other round texture, a little sweetness, and vanilla.
