BAYER

Kellerbier / Zwickelbier

For this second round of Braufrisch we bring you "BAYER": BAYER is a 5% ungespundet Kellerbier hopped and dry-hopped with Hersbrucker and Saphir hops. We've tried to create a true Franconian-style Kellerbier, which is characterized by soft, decadent maltiness, and lower bitterness than what we usually give our lagers. Ungespundet means that it is not fermented under pressure - which gives a slightly more pronounced yeast profile, and helps create a more rustic Lager - which is very fitting for a Franconian-style Kellerbier.

Wow! This is fresh and very good too! High on floral notes and drinkability. A lightly bready undertone and a superb balance, I must say! Exactly what I needed at this hour😎

Lci.
