This one's lovely. Nice spritzy carbonation. Delicate apple/pear flavours with a funky hay-like undertone and light spice notes. Soft acidity. This gave me some less-sour good American saison vibes. Very easy to drink.

The complexity to this was so subtle and delicate. A touch of earthiness contrasted bright fruit and drying tannin. A soft carbonation helped to mellow the funk, and create a beautiful balance of white wine and damp hay.
