Botter, fruity, stonefruit, floral, subtle apple note, nice!

I shook up the sediment by accident when I opened it. Dropped the base on the table, and it overflowed. Low sourness, medium funk. Citrus, earthy, wet wood, malt sweetness, present hops that lend a slight bitter finish. Very different cantillon variant.

Light band aid happening, but it’s got a great funky mineral. This is wild. I am enjoying this much better than the last time I had this beer.

From the cellars of Cask for their 15th birthday. At £57 a pint possibly the most expensive craft beer I've ever had but it's exquisite. One to be savoured.
