LCI réveillon Nouvel An. Zéro carbo, ça surprend au début, ça doit être voulu d'après les autres commentaires. Goût foin en légèreté, ça tire sur le cidre un peu crispy. Bien pour échauffer les papilles. Du Cantillon pour les belles occasions !

Lemon , citrus and brett notes.Light mouthfeel. Better than the first bottle that I had some years ago and had some off flavors like cardbox, but still I prefer the regular gueuze over it any day.

Un cidre très fermier, acidité assez léger, petit côté funky, zéro carbo. C'est plutôt sympa. Petite amertume en fin de bouche

Super clean and bright, my first non carbonated lambic and its dangerously crushable. Nice little bite of dried orange peel on the finish, not overly acidic, developing notes of nutty wood and dried apricots further in.

always waiting for a special occasion to open cantillon; today certainly qualifies. fun that this was from right before everything went bad. this is a beauty, lightly funky and fruity, super dry and a little flat at the end.

Pretty much flat, mega dry, tart with a tiny bit of sweetness in there. Certainly won’t be a staple for me but glad I’ve tried it!

Toujours super sécheresse. Mineralité géniale. Acidité impressionnante, pommes vertes, pêches jaunes, boisé léger. Flat au bout, un peu pesant à force avec l'acidité.
