NYE at Nick & Casey's. Not bad, but not my favorite type of lambic

Never a favorite bottle from their offerings. Age has mellowed this out even more, kind of muted tbh.

Aangenaam zachtzuur, bitter fruit (schil), tannines. Vin jaune!

Pretty mellow. Low carb. But really nice aged hops flavor and apple medley. Medium funk. Fairly low acidity. Quite enjoyable.

On sort les bouteilles de garde à soir, assez flat comme effervescence plus comme un vin blanc , acidité moyenne, subtil et tout en douceur comme bière, peut être un peu assagi avec l'âge.
