Aged oak and cherry aromas on the nose. Light and lively mouthfeel. Tart, refreshing and slightly fruity with a dry finish.

Moderate cherry in the nose with medium-light Cantillon funk. Taste has less cherry, less funk, some lemon and slight vinegar in the finish. A nice bottle that maybe was best a few years ago. Cork was good condition, nice feel. 4.25 nose, 3.75-4.0 taste.

Happy Zwanze day! June 6 2013 bottle holding up like a champ. Plenty of cherry, no signs of oxy. Fruit may be slightly muddled but it’s generally tasting very good.

Masse kirsebær, over snittet syrlig, minimalt kirsebærstein, litt kanel, vanilje. Over snittet mengde karbonering. Tørr, men karboneringen gir den en fyldigere munnføelse. Ingen mugg på korken.
