Much more sour than I remember, but seemed to level off after a while of enjoying. Complex for sure. Couldn’t imagine a better Valentine’s Day Beer.

Recommended serving temp is 6-7°C, but I think it is much better when a lot warmer

Highest rated beer on Untappd ao had to try. Its berry flavored and decent and tasty - glad to try @€20 for shorr bottle

Himbeere, Himbeere, Himbeere. Dazu eine kräftige Säure. Kaum Brett Noten. Super frisch und fruchtig.

Zeer fris door hoge koolzuur, een bier-champagne zonder dat het zo genoemd wordt. Zuur, rode vruchten framboos, kers en aalbes, iets stallig.

Beautiful nose of fresh raspberries like we just harvested them from the garden. In the mouth, amazing and concentrated raspberry flavours followed by the characteristic cantillon acidity. 2 years old lambic gives a subtle and elegant woody structure
