Ma préférée du trio Cantillon x Tilquin x 3F. De la bonne purée de framboise bien fraîche, ça me rappelle celles que j'allais chiquer dans les jardins voisins. Funk léger, tannique et acide, y'a de la maîtrise

Belle expression de framboise toujours un peu trop acide avec ce fruit c’est dommage sinon belle équilibre c’est top

Waxy? Nose? Dry, tart, tart raspberry. Light and pleasant. Craft wine feel.

Tastes like fresh, stewed raspberries. Some woodiness. Nice depth of flavor without being too sweet or sour. Bottled 11 May 2020.

An old bottle that I've had some time so I thought that it would be worth a try. An interesting sour but also fruity taste.

Heel mooi zuur. Vol fruit, cassis met alcohol, in de positieve zin van het woord.

Cantillon at its best. Freshly squeezed raspberries, almost like doing it with your bare hands. Super aromatic, in mouth surprises not being as tart as expected. Really fruity, funky, beautiful, delicious.
