C’est bon. Pas mal bon. Nez ultra agréable de confiture de framboise. En bouche, ça goûte la cerise et la framboise. Sucré, peu acide, superbe.

Color rojo frambuesa, descabezada, cuerpo ligero.Aroma: Muy aromática, floral y frutal, rosas y frambuesas, dulce y ácida.En boca: Afrutada, frambuesas, dulce, ácida y acuosa, madera, amargor y vinagre suaves. Final: Dulce, frambuesa, madera suave, ácida.

ボトル。香りは少しランビック臭あるが、飲むとジュースだなあ。酸味はかなり穏やか、で甘くはないけど、あまやかなベリー。うーん。香りからの期待感の落差が。。。ボトルの底まで入れると少しランビックらしいまろやかさが出て来て良化したなあ。酸がもう少し欲しいけどね。

Nez fermier funky mais aussi fruité. Au goût c’est raffiné très smooth. Bonne acidité balancé avec les notes de framboise. Se compare très favorablement au Tilquin Cassis de ma dernière expérience lambic. Rafraîchissant!

Отличный фрамбоз. Помимо малины, цветы, прелая трава, рубленный щавель, немного резины на фоне. Вяжущая кислотность.
