Happy birthday lil Henry. I don't always crack open an aged Cantillon, but when I do, it's because of making babies. Super proud papa here, enjoying a superbly dry raspberry lambic whilst everyone sleeps. Can't wait to see what the future brings. 🍾

À droite (toute flou). Parfaite équilibre entre l'aspect frais, acidulée et puissant d'une gueuze et de la framboise qui y ressemble beaucoup en étant peu sucré, mais très acidulé. Carbo' façon champagne. Une vraie pépite Bruxelloise.
