Really nice sour. Tart yet sweet and acidic enough to let through its fruitiness. Nicely well balanced.

No es mi estilo.Les doy muchas oportunidades,pero no tengo el paladar hecho para este tipo de cervezas.."y me he pimplao unas cuantas"..No la puntuo mal porque se que es un referente en este tipo de cervezas y seria una osadia.

Very aromatic, lightly funky raspberry yoghurt on the nose. Crisp raspberries, fermented funk and quite dry palate. Tart, dry finish with bit of funky, raspberry bitterness (not hoppy).

Final gift: I've had this before. I love this brewery but, this is not my favorite from them.

There will be light after dark, some day when we aren’t six feet apart. Cheers to a 2021 which (hopefully) allows hugging.
