Big acidic hits of raspberry,tart sour,lit of fruity its dry as the Gobi,the sour gives a good puckering.good level of carbonation pushing allvtfat flavour round-the-clock mouth.really like this one.

Didn’t know I loved Lambics until we went to the Cantillon Brewery. They brew all their Lambics traditionally, and none were better than this one. Both sweet and sour, the flavors danced in our mouths. Can’t wait to look for this back in the States.

It passed a bit more than 1 year from bottling, and I believe the other bottle, drank within 1 year, tasted better. Still, a top beer
