Feb 2008 Bottling: murkey brown/orange colour, much dirtier than I remember. Palate is dominated by searing tang, sweet acid, olives and salt. It's a sipping style at best and some will find this challenging. Tremendous length for a 13yr beer.

A special treat here at ABC. Some Bottle pours of Cantillon. Sweet and tart. Very well done.

raspberry, a little more raspberry vinegary than i remember, but also somehow sweet. Once the initial bite fades, it's raspberry sour candy with added depth

Una lambica de potente color rojo sangre y muy ligero de cuerpo, de intenso olor cítrico y dulce, con un sabor un poco ácido al principio pero dulce y contundente al final, deja regusto de frambuesa en el paladar.
