Needed a special beer to celebrate the kegging of the Pliny the Younger clone with my neighbor, and this Cantillion was fantastic. Brett C., was it really 15 years ago that we visited the brewery?

Couldn’t wait to crack this open. Really compelling flavors punctuated by a strong tartness. Thank you so much for the bday present Alex D. You know it’s gonna be a good beer when it says to drink out of a wine glass. 5/5 beer, 10/5 friendship

Definitely top end fruit lambic.. surtout dans le price range. De la framboise par dessus la tête, très faible acidité, super suave, côté poivre, un peu iodé.
