Die Gueze ist schon gut, aber zusammen mit den Himbeeren wird es noch besser! Tolles Aromenspiel auf der Zunge, die frische Säure wird wunderbar durch die Himbeeraromen ergänzt, zusammen erinnert das an Hibiskus. Einfach lecker!

Nov 2019 | Colore rosso rubino e leggera schiuma bianca opaca. Allo stappo i lamponi impregnano il naso. Al palato è secca, ben carbonata con note di lampone, limone, e funky ben presente. L'acidità è in perfetto equilibrio con il fruttato! MERAVILLOUS

It's hard not to love this, fresh fruit forward but still plenty of complexity. The acidity is there but it's still soft absolutely phenomenal beer

Framboise wild ales used to be my all time fav, this beer reminds me why. Jammy berries and a wonderful lambic base that let's the fruit shine. Dry, medium tart, long finish.

Skikkelig syrlig, men godt balansert med sødme. Fjøslukta er på plass, men kommer i bakgrunnen av bringebærene. Deilig sommerøl!
