Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2023. Pours a very murky orange with a solid finger of white head. Nose is insane for a bottle with this many years. Flavor too. Funk and citrus rind, potpourri. Leather and cheese rind. Body feels 5 years old.Exceptional

18 dollar bottle pour. 2000 freaking 5. The aging just is insane, I’d say the main difference is that it’s lighter but plays on the tongue in a whimsical way

Still tasting soft and delicate — next to the 04 Iris it definitely is less in your face.

$100/750ml，贵贵贵 考虑到这是一款最基础的gueuze，的确值得一个很高的分了，是我喝过的最好喝的gueuze了 酒体清爽干净富有矿物质、一定的气泡感，同时后端饱满顺滑，收口dry，一定酸度口齿生津 一点点funky、earthy，一点点皮革，新鲜明亮的树莓、蓝莓，山楂，余味浮现淡淡的果干 酸度不低，但在这样的结构下完全不觉得酸 gueuze大概也就这样了
