Aroma: sour cherry, lemon zest, sesame, heather honey Taste: maybe not synergistic in the way I would like. The lemon of cantillon a little fights the aged 3f softness. Cantillon takes the front seat, but none of the usual corkiness from aged cantillon.

From our Wednesday share. Lemon ice tea, oaky, maybe slightly more cantillon base than drie but could still tell both were present

This one had eluded me for 15 years. Thanks Adam. Plenty of carbonation. Insanely bright for the age. Citrus, old oak, lemon, peach, Cantillon and Drie house funk. Silky mouthfeel. Unbelievable bottle that must have been cellared properly. 4.8

Bright, sour, some funk, sharpness, no nail polish but some citrusy punch. Herbal earthy smell

It’s lacking aroma but its taste is pretty unique. Oily texture. It’s a slow drinking geuze.
