Embouteillée en 2019. Notes de cuir, d'étable, de raisin blanc. Très fines bulles mais qui pétillent beaucoup, c'est doux et aigre à la fois, ça évoque le cidre aussi. Très fin avec beaucoup d'arômes, que c'est bon.

RB backup. Sep 29 2014. 375ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours light gold with slight haze. Aroma is bright and colourful, taste is hugely complex with berries, spice, vanilla, sour and a constantly evolving sweetness with a dry finish. Mesmerising gueuze.

We zijn inmiddels bij 2021 beland, wat een mooie blend geeft! Zacht romig, doordrinkbaar en fruitige tonen van groene en rode appels, mandarijnen en een hintje perzik!
