Édition août 2021.Enfin je goûté une gueuze de Cantillon. Bon c'est bien comme je l'imaginais. Très sec , suranné , l'acidité n'est pas mordante pour autant. Sa reste fin. En bouche c'est assez puissant avec des arômes de pomme à cidre. Super

Menudo vinagre! Muy ácida. Manzana, madera, cuero. Agria y seca. Muchos matices pero la acidez lo tapa todo.

Works of art bij Cantillon. Dit is zoals ze moeten zijn. Genoeg, maar niet teveel zuur en tart. Perfect smooth en droog genoeg. Happy days. Vers afgetapt bij Bier&zo ook nog eens.

Opened the larger bottle for my birthday. This is so so so good. A classic lambic gueze- so clean but has nice floral Belgian yeast notes
