Tart, white wine vinegar, lovely. Oak, woody. Funk, white peppers, plesant. Lovely beer, more plz.

Ça change de toutes les bières que j'ai goûté jusqu'à présent ! C'est une gueuze acide, légèrement pétillante. Je n'aime pas mais c'est probablement plus personnel.

Season 20/21 bottled may 21. Very strong sour, grape, grapestone, hay, oak, old and bitter hops. A bit of gluey character due to the strong acidity and lactic response sliminess.

It’s hard to talk about a beer this famous. It’s like when you go see the Pyramids and you’re all like “yep, there they are, the Pyramids” but you can’t strip away all the imagery so they’re hard to actually see. Tart, bright, smooth, dry, balanced.

En nariz te satura ya todas las papilas en salivación extrema, pero luego en boca es mucho más moderada. Vinagrito agriete con muchos recuerdos de maderas rancias y ñam, muy bebible, muy redondita, muy excelente.

Love this classic, classy and perfect lambic. Today, it was more green apple like flavor that comes with gentle tarty touch that goes well perfectly. Perfect beer for the humid and hot Seoul’s summer.
