Season 20/21 bottled may 21. Very strong sour, grape, grapestone, hay, oak, old and bitter hops. A bit of gluey character due to the strong acidity and lactic response sliminess.

Pivni legenda vsech legend z Belgie. Cira zlatava barva. Ve vuni kvasne aroma pripominajici vino/ocet/rybizak. V chuti hezky plne intenzivni. Jemna nasladlost prechazi do kyselosti. Vysoky az bublavy riz. V chuti rybiz, brusinky, bez. Komplikovane.

Nez: boisé, acide; bouche: attaque ronde puis très vite acide avec un cote sec boisé melé à l'acidite qui se présente. Final fruité acide sec et boisé
