Very sour and well done. Had it at Bruge Beertje, a Belgian bar that Daisy, one of the “most famous bartenders in Belgium”, sold “five years, two months, twenty six days and forty eight minutes ago” or something like that. She’s still held fondly.

Bottled 11/29/2017. Great barnyard aroma w an unfortunate acetic character. Lower carb. They can’t all be winners.

Blijft een mooie geuze. Redelijk zuur, appel, citroen. Best funky, lichtjes (aangenaam hoor) schimmel. Goed in de Eik.

Prachtig… In 1997 in de brouwerij geweest, en dan nu in eigen stad te krijgen met een prachtig schenkmandje. Geluksmomentje.

Complex flavouts in this.. finish with a acidic flavour that definitely grows on you.

Spektakulær lambic og nyansert, integrert fat. Tydelig, men integrert brett og potent, men avmålt fruktighet. Lekker, sammensatt og balansert, varig ut/es. Kompleks med lyse (granbar, sitrus) og mørke (fat, tropisk frukt) og mange flere nyanser.

(2020 vintage) The acetic fruity tartness (stone fruit, white grape, etc.), the cheesey funk, mild herbal hints, etc. - it's all here. It's so excellent, every time.
