Balsamic taste, not a bad beer but I still need to wrap my head around it.

Very balanced lactobacillus acidity, fizzy like apple vinegar with bitterness. Despite not being my favorite type of beer, this one is an easy to drink and enjoyable lambic (at least it did not burns my tongue like other lambics).
