A dream come true….I’ve been searching for this ever since I’ve been on Untappd. I went to the brewery in 2004. Aged since 2019. Love lambic…!!!

Thanks for sharing Thomas H. Bottled 22 February 2017. Been awhile since I've had it but compared to other lambics it feels like some of the tart has gone away with age but it has a slightly funky start into a red berry esque that lingers on the palate :)

So good. Bottled in June, 2019, so would no doubt improve with age. Very funky and sour with incredible depth.

New 93 - order - there's a depth of flavor you don't always get in a sour and probably can't be fully appreciated with just one glass. the bitterness at the finish really pulls everything back nicely before the next sip
