My first Cantillon, surprisingly. Aroma is pure funk. This is incredible stuff. Balanced funk, touch of balsamic, maybe a hint of cardboard, whatever, grapefruit, kiwi, gooseberry and interesting, earthy herbals late. Really light, gentle, elegant

Beautifull subtle funk and freshiness in taste with very vell balanced dryiness at the end. Such a great change after having those imperials.

2015. First Euro label Cantillon geuze for me! Praise be the Manneken Pis. This is quite the funky geuze. Big aromatic rotten cheese horseblanket funk, dank musty old tangerine basement, tannic oak, and a pleasant dry finish. Me gusta

Been a while since I had this great brew! Definitely a gold standard. Sour, refreshing, great yeast profile and subtle barrel notes. Bottle says it's good till 2039, would love to try this aged.

I definitely get the hype for Cantillion on. Tart and sharp apricot with a woody barrel character. Gentle yet extremely flavourful - the sourness is bright up front with balsamic and fades quickly

Lekkie, ale jakie przyjemne. Słodkie, winogrona, brzoskwinia. Kwaśne, było trochę konia, ale nie dużo. Fajny balans słodkiego i kwaśnego. Jak dla mnie mega, ale ilość gueuze, jakie wypiłem można policzyć na palcach jednej reki.
