De imediato o aroma a levedura, e o inevitável travo ácido das lambic. Ligeiro sabor frutado para o final, reminiscente de toranja. A lambic (aqui gueuze) pode não ser para todos, mas para mim está muito bem.

Tart with a sweet finish. Seemed approproate to try a lambic as it’s the specialty of the bar. I like it more than I thought I would!

5.5% unknown vintage, didn't taste bright and young, was softer with a little funk.

Moet mijn mening bijstellen. Hij is goed maar echt by far niet zo smaakvol als 3F of Timmermans vandaag. Wat vlak en zelfs wat ijzerige smaak. Qua geur echt matig.
