A truly epic lambic. Smells incredibly clean, very dry cider like. The taste is acidic and raw fruits, leaving a very green or somewhat vegetal (not in a bad way) finish. Loads of tiny bubbles for a thin, creamy head. Amazing!

Heavy apple, moderate sourness. Very balanced and smooth. Shared so didn’t take a lot of notes. Will have to revisit this one to explore it further

Hell yes! Another one checked off the wish list, and my first from the legendary brand overall! Funny how it first reminds me of Muckraker, when this is the stuff that inspired Tom. I fully understand the obsession now, and agree. Bottled Jan 14, 2020.

Wow I’ve been craving a delicious Lambic for so long and here it is! Smells wonderful, has the perfect amount of funk and finishes smooth. Love it!
