The nose is fresh, fruity with some herbal touch. Wine notes, light acetic note, mild funkiness (leather, stable note). The palate is intense and tasty, with fruity and white wine notes. Yellow fruit, grape juice, light wood. Balanced acidity. Really good

Less acidic than the 18 month straight from the barrel. Very fruit forward with a slightly floral nose. Delicious! Also for anyone wondering, Gueuze is pronounced “Goo-ze”

Aroma: its sour, its salty, its subtle. Straight sour FUNK. Flavor: very sour but has an oddly dry, very dry, mouthfeel and finish.

Jsem ostuda, ale tohle je můj úplně první Cantillon 🥴. A je to skvělé ☝️😻. Typická, ostrá vůně zcela koreluje s chutí. Ta je sladká, zároveň však i octově kyselá (jako jablečný ocet) s tóny dřeva a zvláštní, lehounkou nahořklostí v závěru. 0,3l za 109Kč
