Very fresh and fruity aromas. Yellow fruit, some yeast, fresh wood, and a hint of malt. The sourness is mild and pleasant, and it's like old staves of an empty white wine barrel. The palate has fresh yellow fruit and light sour cherries, wood, and citrus.
