Just phenomenal. Plenty of funk and tang. Apple / malic acidity is amazing - super clean but so much character.

1st Cantillon! Complex, sour, dry apples, vinous and grapefruity. Not overly sour, bloody delicious.

Barnyard, lime, grapefruit, must, dry. I can literally smell their rafters in this beer. Mild acidity, which I love.
