6.5 y.o. bottle- decided to make tonight a special occasion. Bubblegum, peach, preserved lemons, orange marmalade, candied pineapple, white pepper, rustic, mild toasted bread and caramel, medium body, moderate-mild acidity, moderately dry.

Light sour, super clean, mild tartness, apple cider notes, goes down easily. Is it great? Not to me.
