Raikas, tasapainoinen. Runsaan monipuolinen. Omenaa, etikkaa, balsamicoa, päärynää, sitrusta, limeä, vanhaa kellaria, kuivaa kuohuviiniä. 2013 vuosikerta ja aivan erinomaisessa iskussa.

薬膳カレーとベルギービールのお店、ベースキャンプさんでやっとビール飲めて感無量。お土産も渡せたしお話しもできたし、よかった。新しいもの好きな福岡のこの場所で40年てすごいと思う。3年もののヨン様はもちろん美味しかった！

Solid but without any distinguishing characteristics. A bit of the yeast presents itself but a mellow beer overall
