Held onto this for the end of my MBA...7 y.o. bottle - simply incredible. Funky blue cheese, effervescent, apricot, peach, ginger lemon, mild acidity, dry.🍻

One more at this tiny adorable place (beer barrel / no push) checking in the cannery since they also have Cantillon. I can’t believe the Zwanze website is wrong about the location of Zwanze in Shanghai! It is not at Beer Barrel, it is at the Cannery!
