Funk assez discret au nez, avec la cerise qui se fait sentir. En bouche belle acidité assez sèche, super équilibré avec la rondeur du fruit, qui évoque une tarte à la cerise, confite et gourmande. Tout simplement super

This one is so unique. It has a real sharpness that can only come from real cherries. The nose is bready, with a bit of cherry. Almost smells like challah and grape juice

Just a whisper of cherry. I really like the balanced finish, a little tart a little dry. I was waiting for a big flavor gush, but didn’t find any.
