Wiśnie stonowane pomiędzy słodkością a kwaśnością, lekko zaznaczona pestkowość. Dzikość nienachalna. Pod koniec pojawia się nieco kiszonki. Dobre.

On location in correct glassware - this was always going to hit the spot. Balanced, classy, and easy drinking. Very fresh with restrained acidity and funk. Complimentary fruit.

Lekkie, cierpkie, wiśnie jakby prosto z drzewa, zbilansowane, bardzo dobre.

Elevated and elegant. Slightly hazy. Leans tart a hint more than sweet which may be the perfect balance. Very supple and nuanced which isn’t common for a kriek. Bravo to the brewmaster.

So great, found this in a market in Paris, and eventually it made its way to florida. (Marché des Enfants Rouges )Taylor loved how similar to a kombucha it tasted and also tasted rhubarb. What a great way to officially end the honeymoon.
