This is a treat for Thanksgiving. I believe fresh Fou is best Fou, and the bright fruit character on this bottle gives me no reason to think otherwise.

Super mineral and herbal version of Foune. Fresh and aromatic peaches. Little vanilla, some wood. Easy to drink.

Abrikozen en eiken. En dat prachtig op elkaar ingespeeld. Hij is super fruitig en tegelijkertijd mooi droog. Bijzonder interessante combi. Lichte tonen van hout maken hem af. 🔥

Weer een zeer mooie versie. Heerlijke abrikozen, mooie gebalanceerde aciditeit. Ik las op verschillende plaatsen dat het de beste Cantillon van het jaar is en dat kan ik niet beamen omdat ik geen LP heb gehad dit jaar maar wel topspul!
